Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 断熱材で壁・屋根を囲われた建物の壁面又
は屋根面もしくは壁面と屋根面両方に外側通気層
をもち、その通気層上部は外気に放たれ、下部は
建物内部と連通しその連通部分には下降気流を止
める逆止弁を設けられた通気住宅。 (2) 外側通気層上部の外気に放出される部分に
開閉式の換気口を設けた実用新案登録請求範囲第
１項記載の通気住宅。
