第１図ないし第３図は本考案に係る型締装置の
１実施例を示し、第１図は可動金型と固定金型が
接触した時にタイバ上のねじ部または溝部と半割
ナツトを噛合させるようにした平面縦断面図、第
２図はねじ噛合調整装置とタイバ係止装置の断面
拡大図、第３図は第１図の−線から視たタイ
バ係止装置の平面横断面図であつて、第３図ａは
半割ナツト開閉シリンダのピストンロツド室側に
圧油を供給して半割ナツトとタイバの噛合を解除
した場合、また第３図ｂは半割ナツト開閉シリン
ダのピストンヘツド室側に圧油を供給して半割ナ
ツトとタイバを噛合した場合の作動状態を示す。
また、第４図は本考案に類する従来装置の１例を
示す平面縦断面図を示す。 １…マシンベース、２…移動シリンダ、３…型

。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数個の型締シリンダを有する固定金型保持用
の固定盤をマシンベースの一端部上に固着し、可
動金型保持用の可動盤をマシンベースの他端部側
上で固定盤と対向した状態で前後進可能に載置し
、可動盤を貫通している複数個のタイバの一端部
を各型締シリンダ内で摺動自在に設けたピストン
部とし、タイバの軸線方向のほぼ中央部にねじ部
を設け、可動盤を固定盤に向けて前後進させる装
置を固定盤と可動盤間に設け、タイバ上の前記ね
じ部に噛合可能に設けた半割ナツトを可動盤に取
付けた成形機の型締装置において、前記型締シリ
ンダ内のピストン部のピストンヘ部側に、外径が
ピストン部の外径よりも小さいラムを当接し、こ
のラムをラムシリンダ内に摺動自在に設けた成型
機の型締装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個の型締シリンダを有する固定金型保持用
    の固定盤をマシンベースの一端部上に固着し、可
    動金型保持用の可動盤をマシンベースの他端部側
    上で固定盤と対向した状態で前後進可能に載置し
    、可動盤を貫通している複数個のタイバの一端部
    を各型締シリンダ内で摺動自在に設けたピストン
    部とし、タイバの軸線方向のほぼ中央部にねじ部
    を設け、可動盤を固定盤に向けて前後進させる装
    置を固定盤と可動盤間に設け、タイバ上の前記ね
    じ部に噛合可能に設けた半割ナツトを可動盤に取
    付けた成形機の型締装置において、前記型締シリ
    ンダ内のピストン部のピストンヘ部側に、外径が
    ピストン部の外径よりも小さいラムを固設し、こ
    のラムをラムシリンダ内に摺動自在に設けた成型
    機の型締装置
