Claims (1)
- 複数個の型締シリンダを有する固定金型保持用
の固定盤をマシンベースの一端部上に固着し、可
動金型保持用の可動盤をマシンベースの他端部側
上で固定盤と対向した状態で前後進可能に載置し
、可動盤を貫通している複数個のタイバの一端部
を各型締シリンダ内で摺動自在に設けたピストン
部とし、タイバの軸線方向のほぼ中央部にねじ部
を設け、可動盤を固定盤に向けて前後進させる装
置を固定盤と可動盤間に設け、タイバ上の前記ね
じ部に噛合可能に設けた半割ナツトを可動盤に取
付けた成形機の型締装置において、タイバの軸線
方向に対して垂直な固定盤側の面と反固定盤側に
向つて傾斜した勾配面を有する凹部をタイバの前
記ねじ部の後側に設け、凹部の底部方向に作用す
る力を常時付勢されていて凹部に出入可能なスト
ツパ部材を可動盤に取付け、ストツパ部材が凹部
に入つた状態でストツパ部材の先端部の固定盤側
の面が凹部の固定盤側の垂直面に当接する構造と
した成形機の型締装置。
