Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源電圧をオン・オフするスイツチと、 このスイツチのオン時に負荷に流れる電流を検
出し、この検出電流に比例した電圧を出力する電
流検出部と、 前記スイツチのオン時に出力電圧を漸次増加さ
せると共に、前記スイツチのオン時には出力電圧
を漸次減少させる基準電圧発生部と、 この基準電圧発生部からの出力電圧を基準電圧
とし、前記電流検出部からの出力電圧を検出電圧
として両者を比較し、その差電圧を増幅する比較
増幅部と、 この比較増幅部の出力電圧に応答して負荷側に
供給する電流を制御する制御部とを備えたことを
特徴とするスイツチ回路。
