切断搬出するコンベヤー加エテーブルに関するものであ

(従来の技術〉
従来のレーザ加工機に使用する加工テーブルは被加工物
を加工テーブル上に載可した後、X−Yに加工テーブル

工テーブルがX方向に、レーザ加工機がY方向に移動し
て切断するもの、若しくは加工テーブル固定でレーザ加
工機がX−Yに移動して切断を行う3方式があったがい
つれもレーザ加工機が一連の切断作業終了后に加工テー
ブル上の製品及び残材を手作業若しくは別途に設けたロ
ボット等の自動搬出装置により取出す方法が取られて居

〈発明が解決しようとする問題点〉
前述の如く同一加工テーブル上で被加工物を定位置に載
置、レーザ加工、選別搬出を行うためレーザ加工時間が
前后の作業に比して極めて短くレーザ加工機の稼動率低

〈問題点解決の手段〉
本発明は前述の問題を解決するため孔明きスラットコン
ベヤ領域を搬入ステージ、切断ステージ、搬出ステージ
の作業区域に分け夫々独立の作業が出来る様にした。そ
の内切断ステージにおいては孔明きスラットコンベヤー
下部より検出ピンを突出せしめて被加工物を押上げ切断
時に発生する切断滓及び排煙の為の空間を作り孔明スラ
ットコンベヤーに損傷がない様な手段を講じ切断ステー

ンベヤー3により切断ステージ3−2に搬送される。次
工程を第4図の切断ステージ断面斜視図及び第5図の孔
明きスラッ}1i板詳細図により説明すると光電管装置

ージ3−2下部にある剣山ピン台8上の剣山ピン10と
