フラム室、７……ダイアフラム、８……吸気用電
磁弁、９ａ，９ｂ……排気用電磁弁、１０……外
部カバー、１１……プレート、１３……溝を示す
。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング及び外部ケースと、 このハウジング及び外部ケース内に収納され、
    連結金具が取り付けられた押え板に挟み付けられ
    た前端部が前進後退可能に支持されているダイア
    フラムと、 このダイアフラムにより仕切られたダイアフラ
    ム室と、 上記ダイアフラム室への大気通路を開閉する役
    割を果す吸気用電磁弁と、上記ダイアフラム室へ
    の負圧通路を開閉する役割を果す排気用電磁弁を
    備え、 上記ハウジングと上記電磁弁の取付座面とを電
    磁弁用プレートを介して固定し、 上記電磁弁の外周を覆う外部カバーを上記ハウ
    ジングの少なくとも電磁弁取付側の上方部と密接
    させ、その密接部の一部に排水用溝を設けたこと
    を特徴とする空気圧式アクチユエータ。
