Claims (1)
- ワーク２に取付けられるねじ６を締付けるねじ
締め機構５がアーム３に取付けられ、該ねじ締め
機構５を駆動するモータ７を備えて成るねじ締め
ロボツト１の制御装置において、前記ねじ６の締
付けトルクを記憶するメモリ１２，２２と、前記
モータ７の現在のトルクを検出するトルク検出手
段２３，２４と、前記メモリ１２，２２に記憶さ
れている締付けトルクと前記トルク検出手段２３
，２４が検出した現在のトルクとを比較し、該現
在のトルクが前記締付けトルクに一致するまで前
記モータ７を駆動する制御手段１３，１４，２５
とを有し、ねじ締めトルクを任意に複数設定する
ことが容易なことを特徴とするねじ締めロボツト
の制御装置。
