Claims (1)
- 圧電素子と内部電極板を交互に積層し、積層体
の側面に突出する内部電極の舌部に外部電極板を
接続して成る圧電積層体において、内部電極板の
該舌部が内部電極板の主面方向から積層体の積層
方向に折り曲げられ、その折り曲げ部より先に外
部電極との接合部が設けられ、該接合部の端部が
内部電圧板の前記折り曲げの開始位置から圧電素
子の厚み以上で３倍以下の位置にあるようにした
ことを特徴とする圧電積層体。
