- レーザダイオード光にて固体レーザ媒質を光励
起してレーザ発振させるレーザダイオード励起固
体レーザ装置において、固定レーザの発振光軸に
対し斜めに傾けた入出射端面を持つた固体レーザ
媒質を、２枚の反射鏡で成る共振器中に配置して
前記固体レーザ媒質の入出射端面と側面より光励
起することを特徴とするレーザダイオード励起固
体レーザ装置。
