Claims (1)
- ニードル弁の調節下に液体二酸化炭素を噴霧す
ることにより二酸化炭素雪を生成する噴霧器を備
え、前記二酸化炭素雪を被洗浄面に吹き付け、被
洗浄面上の付着粒子を二酸化炭素雪で押しのける
と共に被洗浄面上の有機物、酸、炭化水素その他
の不純物を除去してなる二酸化炭素雪による表面
洗浄装置。
