    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 子回路基板４を親回路基板１に搭載し、子回路
    基板４に構成された回路と、親回路基板１に構成
    された回路とを接続してなる混成集積回路基板モ
    ジユールにおいて、子回路基板４の少なくとも側
    面の下面に近い部分に端子電極６，６…を配列し
    、親回路基板１の上に前記端子電極６，６…と対
    応する間隔で半田付電極３，３…を形成し、前記
    子回路基板４の少なくとも一端に基板支持部材２
    ，２を取り付け、該基板支持部材２，２により子
    回路基板４を親回路基板１上に自立させ、前記端
    子電極６，６…を親回路基板１上の前記半田付電
    極３，３…に半田付けしてなることを特徴とする
    混成集積回路基板モジユール。
