- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 洗浄液が収容される洗浄液槽と、フイルタを着
脱可能に収容するフイルタハウジングとの間に洗
浄液の流路を設け、ポンプにより洗浄液を循環さ
せて不純物を濾過するようにした洗浄装置におい
て、 前記フイルタハウジングを、洗浄液循環のため
の濾過運転位置と、前記フイルタ交換のための交
換位置との間で切換配置可能に設けたことを特徴
とする洗浄装置のための洗浄液濾過装置。
