Claims (1)
- 頂面を被加熱鋼材支持面としてスキツドパイプ
に取りつけられるスキツドボタンにおいて、少な
くともその頂部側が、Cr60%以上、およびW
:10%以下、Mo:10%以下、Nb:10%
以下、Ta:10%以下、Hf:10%以下、C
o:10%以下、Ni:10%以下、Ti:10
%以下、希土類元素:10%以下、Al:10%
以下、V:10%以下、Mn:10%以下の群か
ら選ばれる1種ないし2種以上の元素を含有し、
Cは0.8%以下、Siは5%以下の混在が許容
され、残部は実質的にFeである化学組成、およ
び1600℃以上の融点を有すると共に、平均結
晶粒径が50μm以上であるCr−Fe系合金か
らなり、内部に空気断熱層として空洞が形成され
ていることを特徴とする加熱炉用スキツドボタン
。
