用コアおよび前記コアの間にそれぞれ油圧駆動ア
クチユエータに連通するシリンダ用コアを設け、
前記バルブスプールの壁部に対しては前記操作量
が零の中立状態の際、前記圧油供給用コアとシリ
ンダ用コアとの間およびシリンダ用コアと戻り油
用コアとの間に、バルブスプールの移動時にその
移動量に応じて開口面積を変化する第1の可変絞
りからなる油穴および第2の可変絞りからなる油
穴をそれぞれ開口してなる流量調整弁において、 前記バルブスプールの中空部内に、前記第2の
可変絞りの開口面積を制御し前記第1の可変絞り
前後の差圧を予め設定した差圧に調節する圧力補
償手段を、摺動自在に設けることを特徴とする流
量調整弁。 (2) 圧力補償手段は、両端部をそれぞれバルブ
スプール中空部の端部スプリング室ならびに中央
部流路室内に配設される圧力補償ピストンからな
り、この圧力補償ピストンはその内部に前記スプ
リング室内の圧力を制御する補助スプールと第1
の可変絞りの前後の差圧を設定する調圧スプリン
グとを備え、前記補助スプールの減圧作用により
前記圧力補償ピストンは前記調圧スプリングの設
定圧に対応して移動し第2の可変絞りの開口面積
を制御すると共に第1の可変絞りの上流側の圧力
以上の過負荷状態ではその高圧は前記スプリング
室に導入され、前記圧力補償ピストンを第2の可
変絞りの閉塞位置へ動作させるよう構成してなる
