嵌されて該第1の圧力室よりも大なる受圧面積を
有する第2の圧力室を画成した副弁体と、該副弁
体で画成された第2の圧力室を拡大させるために
、該第2の圧力室内に位置して前記ガイド部材に
摺動可能に設けられたピストンと、前記主弁体に
作用する一次側圧力を第1の圧力室に導くように
、該主弁体に穿設された第1の絞り油路と、前記
第1の圧力室内の圧力を第2の圧力室に導くよう
に、前記副弁体に穿設され、該第1の絞り油路よ
