たときは、油圧源によつて加圧された前記コンペ
ンセータスプール弁内の油圧を前記オリフイスを
介して低圧側へ短絡させると共に、このオリフイ
スに並列に接続され且つ前記流量調整方向制御ス
プール弁によつて開閉される油路を設けたことを
