Claims (1)
- 金属製ブロツクの所定の面に冷却水の出入口を
有する半導体素子を冷却する水冷ヒートシンクに
おいて、前記出入口の両方又は片側に対して、外
側に抵抗巻線又は抵抗層を巻き付けた熱伝導性の
よい管状の磁器保持体と、この磁器保持体の内部
に挿入した芯体とから成り、この芯体の外周に管
状磁器保持体の内面と接するように螺旋溝状の冷
却水流通路を有する水冷抵抗器を取付けたことを
特徴とする抵抗付水冷ヒートシンク。
