Claims (1)
- 半導体素子と電流バランサとしての抵抗素子と
ヒユーズとが直列接続された回路が多数並列に接
続されて構成され、前記半導体素子が平型素子で
なり、それぞれの半導体素子の２つの電極面のう
ちの一面が１本の冷却導体に、半導体素子のもう
一つの面が水冷の冷却体に電気的熱的に接続され
、前記冷却体に前記抵抗素子が電気的に接続され
る電力変換装置において、前記抵抗素子を金属パ
イプで形成し、この金属パイプの一端を前記冷却
体の冷却水出口に、他端を冷却水出口用ホースに
接続して前記冷却体から出た冷却水を前記金属パ
イプ内を通してなることを特徴とする電力変換装
置の電流バランサ。
