Claims (1)
- 半導体素子と放熱フインの間の熱抵抗を安定さ
せ、又、半導体素子と放熱フインの間の電気的絶
縁を確保するために、半導体素子と放熱フインの
間に挿入する筒状の放熱用チユーブに於いて、チ
ユーブの端部にスリツトを設けた事を特徴とする
放熱用チユーブ。
