３……隔壁、１４……アノード電極、１５……カ
ソード電極、１６……放電空間、１３′，１５′
……溝部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ２枚のガラス板を重ねてその周辺をガラス
    フリツトにて封着した上・下ガラス板と、互いに
    直交状に整列されるように前記上下ガラス板内面
    に各々パターン処理したアノード電極とカソード
    電極と、これらの間に放電空間を形成する多数の
    隔壁にて構成され、前記放電空間に不活性ガスを
    封入してなるガス放電表示素子において、 上記隔壁１３とカソード電極１５を異なる高さ
    にて交互に形成し、併せて前記カソード電極１５
    は前記アノード電極１４の放電空間１６を取り巻
    く半月形溝部１５ａにて形成され、前記隔壁１３
    は前記溝部１５ａを側方に連通されるような形態
    の溝部１３ａを形成して全体的にはアノード電極
    に沿つて長く通じる放電空間１６が形成されるの
    を特徴とするガス放電表示素子。 (2) 上記カソード電極１５の溝部１５ａと隔壁
    １３の溝部１３ａは、層をなすように形成したこ
    とを特徴とする請求の範囲第１項のガス放電表示
    素子。
