Claims (1)
- ハウジング内がパワーピストンにより少なくと
も１組の変圧室と定圧室に区画され、また前記パ
ワーピストン内に組み込まれ入力ロツドに連動す
るバルブ機構の作動により前記変圧室と定圧室間
の差圧が制御されて、前記入力ロツドに加わる操
作力が前記パワーピストンにより助勢されて出力
ロツドに伝わるようにした負圧式倍力装置におい
て、外周部が前記パワーピストンに気密的に固定
されると共に内周部がキーにより前記パワーピス
トンに所定量相対移動可能に嵌挿される前記バル
ブ機構のバルブプランジヤに気密的に固定されて
前記バルブプランジヤが所定量相対移動する以前
に前記パワーピストンに当接可能なストツパ部を
有する隔壁を設け、該隔壁の前記定圧室側には前
記定圧室の圧力が常時付与されるようにすると共
に前記変圧室側には圧力室が形成されるようにし
、該圧力室と前記変圧室を絞り通路を通して連通
させたことを特徴とする負圧式倍力装置。
