生した端末制御装置に属する端末群を正常動作中
の他端末制御装置に切替え接続する回線切替え装
置40に於いて、端末制御装置1A及び1Bが正
常動作を行つているか否かを検出する回線モニタ
13と回線モニタ13の出力信号により切替え指
令を発生するプロセツサ12からなる回線制御部
20を一つのプリント板に実装し、回線制御部2
