図において、１は特性測定装置、２はベース板
、３は押え板、２ｂ，７はそれぞれ長孔、ストツ
パ部材（係止手段）、１０はガラスエポキシ基板
（絶縁基板）、１１は銅板（導体）、１６は押圧
部材、３０はアイソレータ（電子部品）、３２は
入、出力端子である。
