もので、第１図は本実施例の支持具により輻射管
を支持した状態の側断面図、第２図はその正断面
図である。第３図ないし第５図は従来の支持具を
用いた鋼片加熱炉を示すもので、第３図はその部
分正断面図、第４図は部分平断面図、第５図は従
来の支持具により輻射管を支持した状態を示す側

Claims (1)
- バーナの燃焼炎が吹き込まれる耐熱金属製の輻
射管を炉体の天井面より吊り下げて支持するため
の支持具であつて、炉体天井面に取り付けられる
吊りロツドと、その吊りロツドの下端部に連結さ
れた環状の支持金物とを有し、前記支持金物の内
側に輻射管を通すことによつてその輻射管を支持
するようになし、前記支持金物の少なくとも下部
内面側に、耐熱性を有するとともに耐熱金属より
熱伝導率の大きいセラミツクス材料からなる円弧
状の接触板を取り付け、その接触板に前記輻射管
を接触させて支持するように構成してなることを
特徴とする加熱炉における輻射管の支持具。
