Claims (1)
- 調理室の下方に燃焼室を区画形成すると共にこ
の燃焼室内にガスバーナを配設し、かつこのガス
バーナの燃焼熱気を循環フアンにて調理室内に供
給するものにおいて、上記燃焼室側面にガスバー
ナの炎孔部に対向して通孔を設けると共に、この
通孔から上方で調理室側面に位置して下端を上記
通孔に連通したダクトを立設し、このダクトに感
熱面を調理室に向けかつダクト内に臨ませてハイ
リミツトスイツチを装着し、このスイツチにて上
記ガスバーナ等を安全制御する事を特徴とする強
制対流式ガスオーブン。
