３図はパイプを用いて基台を構成した洗浄装置を
示す斜視図、第４図は流量調節栓を設けた洗浄装
置を示す縦断正面図、第５図は噴射方向を可変で
きるように構成した噴射ノズルを示す縦断正面図
である。 図中、Ａは俎洗浄装置、ａは俎、ｂは水栓、１
は基台、２，２′は水噴射ノズルである。

- 俎を略水平に保持する基台の一端部に水栓と連
絡する水噴射ノズルを設け、この水噴射ノズルの
噴射方向を基台上に保持される俎の上面に対して
水平若しくは浅い角度で接するように向けた俎洗
浄装置。
