Claims (1)
- 被冷却物容器に接して気化冷却室を形成し、冷
却水を気化冷却室に流入せしめ、気化冷却室を真
空ポンプで減圧して、被冷却物を気化冷却するも
のにおいて、冷却水を気化冷却室に流入せしめる
冷却水供給管を、少なくとも被冷却物容器の底面
外壁方向と、気化冷却室と被冷却物容器外壁の間
を順次反射する方向とに流入せしめるように連結
した減圧気化冷却装置。
