Claims (1)
- 冷却水を気化冷却室に流入せしめ、該気化冷却
室を真空ポンプで減圧し、被冷却物を気化冷却す
るものにおいて、気化冷却室の上部と、気化冷却
室と真空ポンプの連通路、又は、真空ポンプの吸
込口とを接続するバイパス通路を設けた、減圧気
化冷却装置。
