Claims (1)
- 被冷却物容器に接して気化冷却室を形成し、冷
却水を気化冷却室に流入せしめ、気化冷却室を真
空ポンプで減圧して、被冷却物を気化冷却するも
のにおいて、気化冷却室の被冷却物容器と接する
側と反対側に、気化した蒸気を凝縮せしめる冷却
部を設けた減圧気化冷却装置。
