- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 遠心ポンプの吸込側に呼び水吸引口が設けられ
、該呼び水吸引口に真空引き通路を介して真空ポ
ンプが接続されてなる呼び水用真空ポンプ付遠心
ポンプ装置において、 前記真空引き通路の何れかの部分には前記呼び
水吸引口を経て流れ込む水を溜める中間タンクが
接続され、 前記中間タンク内には該中間タンク内に開口す
る前記真空引き通路の真空ポンプ側通路部分の開
口端部を該中間タンク内の水の水位により開閉す
る真空ポンプ保護バルブが設けられていることを
特徴とする呼び水用真空ポンプ付遠心ポンプ装置
