空ポンプで減圧して、被冷却物を気化冷却するも
のにおいて、冷却水を気化冷却室に流入せしめる
冷却水供給管を、少なくとも被冷却物容器の底面
外壁方向と、気化冷却室と被冷却物容器外壁の間
を順次反射する方向とに流入せしめるように連結
