Claims (1)

配設された超音波送波器と、 他方の保護ケース内部に上記送波器と対向して
上下動自在に配設された超音波受波器と、 上記超音波送波器及び超音波受波器を上下に移
動させると共に、上記相分離室内におけるそれら
送波器及び受波器の高さを示す位置信号を出力す
る駆動機構部と、 上記超音波送波器に駆動信号を供給する送波器
駆動信号発生部と、 その駆動信号及び上記超音波受波器の受波信号
を入力して、それら両信号の間の時間差または減
衰量を測定する時間及び減衰量測定部と、それら
の時間差または減衰量の測定データと、上記駆動
機構部の位置信号とを入力して、上記超音波送波
器及び受波器の高さに応じた時間差または減衰量
を表示または記録する表示、記録部と、 を具備するミキサセトラ抽出器の界面及び第3相
検出装置。 (2) ミキサセトラ抽出器の相分離室内の軽液相
と重液相との界面部に対向して配設された筒状の
一対の保護ケースと、 それらの一方の保護ケース内部に上下に配設さ

に順次選択的に供給する第1マルチプレクサと、 その駆動信号が供給された上記超音波送波器の
一つと対向する上記超音波送波器の受波信号を選
択して出力する第2マルチプレクサと、 上記第1、第2マルチプレクサを制御すると共
に、それらマルチプレクサにより選択された超音
波送波器及び受波器の上記相分離室の底面からの
高さを示す位置信号を出力する制御手段と、 上記駆動信号及び上記第2マルチプレクサの出
力信号を入力して、それら両信号の間の時間差ま
たは減衰量を測定する時間及び減衰量測定部と、 それらの時間差または減衰量の測定データと、
上記制御手段の位置信号とを入力して、上記超音
波送波器及び受波器の高さに応じた時間差または
減衰量を表示または記録する表示、記録部と、 を具備するミキサセトラ抽出器の界面及び第3相
