    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端をマイクロ波入力端子とし、他の一端をマ
    イクロ波出力端子としたハイブリツド回路の更に
    他の２つの端子に、それぞれＰＩＮダイオードと
    抵抗の直列回路を接続し、かつマイクロ波電力お
    よび制御電流がともに前記抵抗に印加されるよう
    に構成したことを特徴とするマイクロ波ＰＩＮダ
    イオード減衰器。
