- 負荷に直流電流を供給する制御トランジスタと
、そのエミツタ出力に直列接続された負荷電流検
出抵抗と、上記制御トランジスタのベース・エミ
ツタ間に固定端子が接続された可変抵抗と、上記
可変抵抗の可動端子がベースに接続され、エミツ
タが上記負荷電流検出抵抗の一端に接続され且つ
コレクタが上記制御トランジスタのベースに接続
された電流制限トランジスタとを夫々具備する電
流制限回路。
