Claims (1)
- 弁本体に設けた高圧側通路と低圧側通路を第１
絞り部で連結し、弁本体の上部に取付けた上部体
内をダイヤフラムでに二分して導管に連通した上
室と下室を設け、第１絞り部に開閉可能に装着す
る弁部材をスプリングで弾発し、前記ダイヤフラ
ムの下面と弁部材とを作動杆で連動させると共に
低圧側通路に設けた弁室の下流に取付ける第２絞
り部を有した支持体にメツシユフイルタを装着し
、第２絞り部の筒部端より上流側に位置させて透
孔を設けたメツシユフイルタ付膨張弁。
