フイス内径との比の違いによる流体流量に対する
調整圧力の変化を示す図、第３図は本考案圧力調
整弁を備えたデイーゼルエンジンの燃料系統を示
す図、第４図は従来の圧力調整弁の水平断面図、
第５図は同要部の拡大図で、上半分は製作当初の
もの、また下半分はバルブシート構成部材の通孔
のバルブシート部が摩耗した後を示す。第６図は
従来の圧力調整弁の流体流量に対する調整圧力の
変化を示す図、第７図は本考案圧力調整弁の考案
過程で生じた案を示す要部縦断面図である。 １；バルブボデイ、１ｂ；内孔、２０；バルブ

Claims (1)
- 被調圧流体が流入する円筒状通孔を形成したバ
ルブシート構成部材の前記通孔出口に設けたバル
ブシート部にボールバルブをばねで押圧着座せし
めてなる圧力調整弁において、前記バルブシート
構成部材の円筒状通孔の入口側に、前記ボールバ
ルブ径の２０〜５０％の内径を有するオリフイス
を設けたことを特徴とする圧力調整弁。
