  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転、割出し及びクランプ可能で回転工具
    及び旋削用工具１９を着脱可能に装着できる第１
    主軸４を有するマシニングセンタと、該マシニン
    グセンタの旋回割出可能なテーブル５上に設けら
    れ回転、割出し及びクランプ可能でワーク把持機
    構を有する第２主軸１２が軸心を通る垂直平面内
    において任意な角度に旋回割出し可能なワーク主
    軸台ユニツト１０とを含んでなることを特徴とす
    る複合工作機械。 (2) ワーク主軸台ユニツト１０はマシニングセ
    ンタのテーブル上にパレツト交換装置により交換
    可能に設けられたものである請求項１記載の複合
    工作機械。
