Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ＩＣカードの構造に於いて、回路基板上に
電子部品及び電池を実装して電子モジユールを構
成し、該電子モジユールを外ケースと組み合わせ
て一体に構成し、外ケース側面の樹脂充填口より
内部にウレタン樹脂を充填して構成したことを特
徴とするＩＣカードの構造。 (2) ＩＣカードの構造に於いて、回路基板上に
電子部品及び電池を実装して電子モジユールを構
成し、該電子モジユールをウレタン樹脂で封止し
た後、外ケースと組み合わせて一体に構成し、更
に外ケース側面の樹脂充填口よりエポキシ樹脂を
充填して構成したことを特徴とするＩＣカードの
構造。
