ード端子、３は補助リード端子、３１は切断用の
溝、４はプリント基板である。尚、図中同一符号
は同一又は相当部分を示す。

このパツケージ本体に設けられ、プリント基板等
に装着されるリード端子、このリード端子とは別
に上記パツケージ本体に設けられ、上記プリント
基板等に装着されない補助リード端子を備えた集
積回路のパツケージ。 (2) 補助リード端子に切断用の溝が形成されて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の集積回
路のパツケージ。
