Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.哺乳動物の歯周疾患の程度および型を判断する方法であり、下記の工程を含 む方法、すなわち、 (1)選定された短時間にわたり歯肉溝液を採取し、(2)存在するアスパラギ ン酸アミノ基転移酵素の全量を決定するために、採取した歯肉溝液標本の分析を 行い、および(3)前記歯肉溝液標本中に存在するアスパラギン酸アミノ基転移 酵素の全活性と、歯周疾患の程度と型を示す選定された時間に対する標準との相 関関係を調べること。 2.歯周疾患状態の治療効果を決定する方法であり、前記方法は、下記の工程を 含む方法、すなわち、 (1)選定された短時間にわたり歯肉溝液を採取し、(2)存在するアスパラギ ン酸アミノ基転移酵素の全量を測定するために、採取した歯肉溝液標本の分析を 行い、および、(3)前記歯肉溝液標本中に存在するアスパラギン酸アミノ基転 移酵素の全量と、歯周疾患状態の程度を示す標準との相関関係を調べること。 3.歯肉溝液が、1秒から3分間にわたって採取されたものである請求の範囲第 1項あるいは第2項に記載の方法。 4.歯肉溝液が、5秒から30秒間にわたって採取されたものである請求の範囲 第3項に記載の方法。 5.歯肉溝液が、吸収材細片を用いて採取されたものである請求の範囲第1項あ るいは第2項に記載の方法。 6.前記分析法が、比色分析法である請求の範囲第1項あるいは第2項に記載の 方法。 7.前記分析法が、アスパラギン酸アミノ基転移酵素の選定された上限値量の存 在を示す半定量分析である請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。
