Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧縮空気によつて工具本体の下部に設けら
    れた射出口内の釘等のフアスナーを被打込み材に
    向けて衝撃的に打ち出す打撃機構と、前記打撃機
    構を駆動させる起動バルブと、該起動バルブを操
    作するために工具本体に回動自在に枢着されると
    ともに手動操作可能なトリガレバーと、一端部が
    工具本体の前記射出口の下方に突出配置され且つ
    他端部が前記トリガレバーの枢着点近傍に配置さ
    れて被打ち込み材に押しつけられるコンタクト部
    材とを備えた釘打機等において、 前記コンタクト部材には該コンタクト部材が被
    打ち込み材に押しつけられていないときにトリガ
    レバーに係合し、且つ被打ち込み材に押しつけら
    れたときに上記係合を解除する係合部を設けると
    ともに、前記トリガレバーとコンタクト部材との
    間には、各一端がトリガレバー及びコンタクト部
    材に係合する第１のプツシヤ及び第２のプツシヤ
    をそれぞれ係合方向にバネ付勢して配置するとと
    もに、これら第１のプツシヤと第２のプツシヤと
    をトリガレバーとコンタクト部材との間を摺動す
    るように配置し、且つ前記第１のプツシヤ又は第
    ２のプツシヤには常に前記第１のプツシヤと第２
    のプツシヤとの間に入り込むように付勢されたト
    リガストツパを回動自在に枢着支持し、前記コン
    タクト部材の押しつけ動作に連動した第１のプツ
    シヤとトリガレバーのトリガバルブステムに対す
    る押しつけ動作に連動した第２のプツシヤとの間
    の間隙内に回動した前記トリガストツパを入り込
    ませてトリガレバーの戻り方向の回動を阻止させ
    ることを特徴とする釘打機等における二度打ち防
    止装置。 (2) 前記第２のプツシヤをコンタクト部材に固
    定した請求項(1)記載の釘打機等における二度打
    ち防止装置。
