供給されている限りその周期に関係無く一定レベ
ルの電圧を得る同期信号検出回路と、同期信号の
供給が断たれた際に上記同期信号検出回路の出力
がＬレベル（又は０）となることを検知して、映
像信号消去用の信号を発生するコントロール信号
発生回路とを備えて構成したことを特徴とする映
