DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to an analog displacement direction detection method that can be used in rotational direction detectors, moving direction detectors, curve distance meters, etc. of objects rotating at relatively low speeds. Conventional configuration and its problems Conventionally, analog displacement was measured using a hardware combination of flip-flops and gate ICs, and judgment was made based on data before the change, but high-speed detection is possible. Although it has the advantage of being
Since the number of components is large and a large printed circuit board area is required, miniaturization is difficult and uneconomical. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a compact and highly functional analog displacement detection method that is controlled by microcomputer software and includes other functions. Structure of the Invention The present invention provides two detectors within the width of a detecting object that undergoes analog displacement, and the combined signals obtained by the two detectors are divided into four types of 0, 1, 2, and 3.
Convert the code so that the order is 3→0, 0→
Before performing 3 subtraction, 0 is replaced with 4, the latter number is subtracted from the previous number, and then 4 is replaced with 0, and the displacement direction is detected based on the subtraction result. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows detection zones 1 to 6 and dead zones 7 to 12 arranged at equal intervals on a detection plate that is analog-displaced.
This figure shows how the detection signals are generated when the two detectors A and B are arranged within the width of the detection bands 1 to 6 and the detection bands 1 to 6 move. The detection signal of A is [011001100…] The detection signal of B is [001100110…] And the combined signal is [013201320…]
It becomes a repeating signal of 0132. The above signal is generated when the analog displacement is a movement in the right direction, and vice versa, when the movement is in the left direction, the combined signal becomes a repeating signal of 2310 like [23102310...]. The present invention relates to a method for detecting the analog displacement in the horizontal direction, and a block diagram thereof is shown in FIG. Detectors A and B correspond to detectors 21 and 22, and their outputs are input to code conversion means 23 and code converted. The output of the code conversion means 23 is inputted to the counting means 25 and counted, and the count result is inputted to the display 26 and displayed. On the other hand, the output of the code conversion means 23 is
4, detects the direction of analog displacement, and inputs the detection result to the counting means 25 to add or subtract the count result. Next, the code conversion means will be explained. The code converting means 23 is a means for code converting the combined data of the detectors A and B so that the direction of analog displacement can be detected from the change in the preceding and following data based on the two detectors A and B. As a detection method, the subtraction means 24 is suitable, and the direction can be easily detected by subtraction. Furthermore, code conversion is easy, and the subtraction means is standard and simple in construction. The code conversion method is as follows: First, in the case of the right direction, the combined signal of the two detectors A and B becomes a repeating signal of [01320132...].
and 2 are code converted to 2 and 3. As a result, the combined signal becomes [012 30 123...], and the result of subtraction before and after is negative, and in the case of the left direction, it becomes [321 03 210...], so the result is positive. By subtracting before and after this data, it becomes possible to easily detect the analog displacement direction, but if this continues, the subtraction results will be partially reversed when changing from 3 to 0 or 0 to 3, resulting in inconsistency. This inconvenience arises. As a countermeasure, by converting 0 to 4 before executing 3→0, 0→3 subtraction, and returning 4 to 0 after the judgment, the signal in the right direction will be [0123 4→0 1234→01...] in the left direction. [321 0
→4321 0→4 ...], and direction detection becomes possible because consistency is obtained. The code-converted signal is input to the subtraction means 24, and the preceding and succeeding data are subtracted. 01234 to the right
The result is negative because of the data , and the result is positive because it is 43210 in the left direction and is input to the counting means 25 . The counting means 25 is a combination signal [0123 40 ...]
For [321 04 3210], count each number as 1,
It is input and displayed on the display 26. However, 4→0 and 0→
A change of 4 counts as 1. Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, the direction of analog displacement can be detected by software control of a microcomputer, the overall configuration is simplified, and new functions can be added.
