Claims (1)
備え、この信号発生部の信号ごとに所定距離ずつ
バーコードの付された物品を搬送する搬送手段と
、 搬送路上を搬送される物品に光を照射する発光
部および物品からの反射光を受光する受光部とを
有するバーコード検知センサと、 前記バーコード検知センサの検出信号であるバ
ーコード検出信号を前記信号発生部の信号に同期
して記憶する記憶部と、 この記憶部に記憶されるバーコード検出信号の
最初のバーコードに対応する第1バーコード検出
値とこの最初のバーコードの後のバーコード不存
在部に対応する第1バーコード不存在検出値との
平均値を算出する平均値算出手段と、 この平均値算出手段により算出された平均値と
当該バーコード検知センサの検出信号とを比較す
る比較手段と、 この比較手段により比較した結果、バーコード
検出信号が平均値より大きいときおよび平均値よ
り小さいときの各場合の前記信号発生部が発生す
る信号数をカウントするカウント手段と、 このカウント手段によりカウントされた各々の
カウント値によりバーコードを識別する識別手段
と、 を具備したことを特徴とするバーコード識別装置
。 (2) 一定周期の信号を発生させる信号発生部を
備え、この信号発生部の信号ごとに所定距離ずつ
バーコードの付された物品を搬送する搬送手段と
、 搬送路上を搬送される物品に光を照射する発光
部および物品からの反射光を受光する受光部とを
有するバーコード検知センサと、 前記バーコード検知センサの検出信号であるバ
ーコード検出信号を前記信号発生部の信号に同期
して記憶する記憶部と、 この記憶部に記憶されるバーコード検出信号の
各バーコードに対応するバーコード検出値と各バ
ーコードの前または後のバーコード不存在部に対
応するバーコード不存在検出値との平均値を各バ
ーコードごとに各々算出する平均値算出手段と、 この平均値算出手段により各バーコードごとに
算出された平均値とそれに対応するバーコード検
知センサの検出信号とを比較する比較手段と、 この比較手段により比較した結果、バーコード
検出信号が平均値より大きいときおよび平均値よ
り小さいときの各場合の前記信号発生部が発生す
る信号数をカウントするカウント手段と、 このカウント手段によりカウントされた各々の
カウント値によりバーコードを識別する識別手段
と、 を具備したことを特徴とするバーコード識別装置
