- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 参照光路と計測光路との間の光路長の差の変化
を検出するレーザ干渉計であつて、 前記レーザ干渉計の光源であるレーザ光に対し
て透過率の良い１枚の真空窓と反射器を有する、
あるいは２枚の真空窓を有する、内部の大気が排
気された真空セルが、前記参照光路、あるいは前
記計測光路に配置されており、前記真空セルの長
さを光軸方向に対して変化させる機構を有するこ
とを特徴とする空気屈折率測定装置。
