き問題点を有する。即ち、本考案の固定プラテン
と可動プラテン間に下側より金型を搬入出させる
事によつてその交換着脱を行なう様にした事、更
に具体的には固定プラテンと可動プラテンの下側
に金型の昇降機構と搬送機構を設備し、同昇降機
構と搬送機構を介して固定プラテンと可動プラテ
ン間に金型を搬入出させる様にした事を特徴とす
るものであつて、その具体的な手段と作用は次の
通りである。

端部には可動プラテン7が空間部3に横架するタ
イバー9に遊嵌させて進退自在に固着される。
又、射出機構5は加熱シリンダー10と同加熱シ
リンダー10に進退自在に嵌挿する射出プランジ
ヤー11、同加熱シリンダー10の先端部に装着
する射出ノズル12、同加熱シリンダー10の後
端部に連結するホツパー13等により構成され、
固定プラテン8方向に向けて進退移動させる事が
可能な如く設けられる。

歯車19が軸架される。そして同大径歯車19に
はモータ20の駆動軸21に軸架させて小径歯車
22が噛合する如く設けられる。即ち、両歯車2
2,19の噛合を介してモータ20の回転を減速
させてドライブポスト17に伝達する事が出来る
様に設けられる。又、上記両ポスト16,17に
はフオーク23が昇降自在に取り付けられる。即
ち、同フオーク23はその一方の基部をガイドポ
スト16に遊嵌させると共にもう一方の基部をド
ライブポスト17に刻設するボール螺子17aに
螺合させる事により取り付けられ、同ドライブポ
スト17の水平回動を介して昇降させる事が出来
る様に設けられる。そして又、同フオーク23は
前述の搬入出コンベア14において各ローラ間に
形成する隙間と対応させて形成する事により、同
隙間を通過して搬入出コンベア14よりも下方位
置迄下降させる事が出来る様に設けられる。即
ち、同フオーク23を搬入出コンベア14とクロ
スさせて昇降させる事が出来、此により搬入出コ
ンベア14上に載置される金型Wをフオーク23
によつてすくい上げて上昇させる事が出来ると共
に搬入出エレベータ15によつて下降させた金型
Wを搬入出コンベア14上に載置させる事が出来
る様に設けられる。その他24は安全フードを表
わす。

転駆動を介してフオーク23を上昇させる事によ
り金型Wが持ち上げられ、同金型Wを固定プラテ
ン8と可動プラテン7間に下側より搬入させる状
態、即ち、第1図に実線にて表わす様な状態が得
られる。そしてこの様にして金型Wが固定プラテ
ン8と可動プラテン7間に搬入された状態にて同
金型Wのその一方の割り型を固定プラテン8に装
着すると共に可動プラテン7を前進移動させても
う一方の割り型を同可動プラテン7に装着させる
事により固定プラテン8と可動プラテン7に対し
て金型Wを取付る状態を得る事が出来る。

よりも下側位置迄降下させる事により金型Wを同
搬入出コンベア14上に載置する状態が得られ
る。そしてこの様に金型Wが搬入出コンベア14
上に載置された状態にて同金型Wを同搬入出コン
ベア14の一端に向けて搬送させる事により射出
成形機1より金型Wを取り外す事が出来る。

する事が可能で、且つ下端部において搬入出コン
ベアとクロスして同搬入出コンベアよりも下側位
置迄降下する事が可能な如く設け、同搬入出コン
ベアと搬入出エレベータによつて金型を固定プラ
テンと可動プラテン間に下側より搬入出させる事
が出来る様にした事により、従来のクレーン等の
吊り上げを介して固定プラテンと可動プラテン間
に上側より搬入出させる方法と比較して安全に金
型の交換着脱を行なう事が出来るに至つた。
