Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パーキングブレーキを作動するための操作
レバーと；この操作レバーを回動自在に支持し、
係止歯を外周に有する固定されたセクタと；前記
操作レバーに回動自在に支持され、前記セクタに
係合可能な爪部材と；操作レバーのグリツプ部に
出没自在に配置された操作ノブと；この操作ノブ
の移動によつて前記爪部材を係合位置と非係合位
置とに回動変位させるレリーズロツドと；を有す
るパーキングブレーキ操作装置において、 前記操作レバーには、前記操作レバーとの衝接
を防止するバンパ部材が設けられ、 このバンパ部材は、 クツシヨン部材から構成される緩衝用頭部と、こ
の緩衝用頭部より突出した状態で形成された弾性
片によつて構成される少なくとも一対の介挿用足
部と、 を含み、前記操作レバーが非作動時の初期状態に
復帰したとき、前記バンパ部材の緩衝用頭部はセ
クタの縁部に当接し、かつ前記バンパ部材の各介
挿用足部は前記セクタと前記操作レバーの側板間
に介挿されることを特徴とするパーキングブレー
キ操作装置。 (2) 請求項(1)において、バンパ部材における一
対の介挿用足部を構成する各弾性片は、その中途
部の複数箇所において屈曲し、操作レバーの側板
およびセクタの側面においてそれぞれ少なくとも
１箇所接触するパーキングブレーキ操作装置。
