Claims (1)
ス本体と、このケース本体の上面に被せられる蓋
体とからなる樹脂製の外装ケースを備え、同外装
ケース内に導電性高分子からなる固体電解質を有
する偏平なコンデンサ素子を収納してなることを
特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 (2) 上記コンデンサ素子から引き出されている
リード線には、上記外装ケースに穿設されている
リード導出穴に係合して同リード線を固定する段
部が形成されている請求項1に記載の固体電解コ
ンデンサ。 (3) 上記コンデンサ素子は、弁作用金属の一枚
箔のまわりに導電性高分子の固体電解質を形成し
たものからなる請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデ
ンサ。 (4) 上記コンデンサ素子は、弁作用金属箔の偏
平な巻回体の箔間に導電性高分子の固体電解質を
形成したものからなる請求項1に記載の固体電解
コンデンサ。 (5) 上記コンデンサ素子は、シリコンパテを介
して上記外装ケース内に取付けられる請求項1に
