含浸し、同コンデンサ素子を有底筒状をなすアル
ミニウム製の外装ケース内に収納し、同外装ケー
スの開口部を封口してなるアルミニウム電解コン
デンサにおいて、 上記外装ケースは、同ケース厚さが原ケース厚
さよりも15μm以上薄くなるように溶解処理さ
れ、この溶解により粗面化された少なくともその
外面には、粉体樹脂よりなる樹脂被膜が一体的に
形成されていることを特徴とするアルミニウム電
