なる薄板電極に、導電材からなる集電極シートを
重ね合わせて巻回もしくは積層状態とさせて形成
したコンデンサ素子に、鉛イオンを含む溶液を浸
漬して二酸化鉛電解質層を析出させたことを特徴
とする固体電解コンデンサ。 A capacitor element is formed by wrapping or stacking a collector electrode sheet made of a conductive material over a thin plate electrode made of valve metal with a dielectric oxide film formed on its surface, and immerses it in a solution containing lead ions.
